Last week I was involved in documenting the proceedings of the ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) Committee on Women meeting in Manila. The purpose of the meeting was to agree on a workplan to operationalise a regional Violence Against Women committment made last night. Let's just say the lunch was exciting.
